The hotel is situated in a quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle, making it the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the two pools, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The location was great, conveniently close to the beach and with easy access to motorbike rentals. Lastly, the Balinese cooking class and massage were the cherry on top of an amazing stay.

One specific situation that happened: I used the laundry service and unfortunately, some of my light-colored t-shirts and underwear were damaged with dark stains. I received a fair discount for the laundry, but it was still disappointing to lose those items.
